Jeans Authenticity--continous project
This is the start of my new project for our beloved jeans.
This project aims to identify the characteristic of the jeans that will vouch the authenticity of the denim.
we already got one here:
Hi Levi,
Every `pair of Pepe jeans should have something called a ´busted
outseam´. This is on the inside of the jean all of the way down the
legs. The material is pressed and flattened (busted) to make the
´outseam ´look neater.
Every pair of pepe basics should also carry a red or black tablet
shaped slug with our logo on the outside left back pocket.

denim forum
As i mentioned earlier, i got the denim terminology from style forum. I aslo read the whole thread and you can also learn from there good info about denim.
It is just sad to know, i think, the thread is already dead/close---not updated anymore.
